New invoice will permit workers with out entry to retirement plans to entry an IRA
Bill was passed this week to allow New Yorkers who are not currently eligible for a retirement plan to enroll in the Secure Choice Savings Program.
This program requires that companies with at least 10 employees who do not already offer their employees a retirement plan enroll them with an IRA unless the employee chooses not to.
This measure will now be submitted to Governor Cuomo for consideration.
