Mercer broadcasts a big new B2B market phase for the retirement and geriatric care markets
The Australian branch of the global consulting firm has developed a business-to-business service called Care & Living with Mercer (CaLM), which is intended to be used by large companies.
Two years in development, it is an employee concierge service who takes the time and effort to find aged and elderly care services for themselves or their family.
To be officially announced later this week, it will launch with an audience of more than 50,000 people, but with advanced ambitions from millions of employees and others who will have access.
CaLM is the idea of Will Burkitt (Pictured right), Mercer’s director of Retirement Innovation and Care and Living with Mercer.
