East Seaside Norfolk welcomes a brand new retirement house subsequent summer time

NORFOLK, VA. (WAVY) – A new waterfront shared apartment for active retirees is under construction in East Beach, Norfolk, and is expected to open in the summer of 2021.

Located at 4801 Pretty Lake Avenue Marina, the Aspire at East Beach offers high-end resort-style retirement. The four-story apartment building will have 132 monthly rentals ranging from studios to two-bedroom rooms.

Amenities include an indoor outdoor pool, fitness center, art studio, salon and spa, theater, library, and game room. An outdoor deck overlooking the water offers private garden areas and al fresco dining with a fire pit.

Walkways throughout the community lead to the marina, and Chesapeake Bay Beach is about three blocks away. Aspire at East Beach will also feature a public bistro restaurant and bar.
